PowerBI Automated Asset Management Risk Calculation and Risk Register
In collaboration with Insight, the waffle co provided Business Analysis and Power BI report development service to develop an enterprise-level asset risk register that enabled a public service utility to shift from subjective assessment of risks to a systemised, methodical and automated approach to the calculation of risk. This PowerBi replaced numerous disconnected spreadsheets, which automated the previously manual process of 5 staff full-time work for eight weeks, each quarter.
